Any return request must be made to the original store within 30 days of purchase.
Please refer to the following requirements to be eligible for a return:
- – Unopened within its original packaging
- – In as new condition
- – Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
- – Returned to us at your own expense
Damaged / Faulty Goods: If you have received a damaged or faulty product from Wassupplements.com.au, please send a picture of the goods to Graeme@wassupplements.com.au with your original Order Number and we will send you a prepaid return slip to send the goods back to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will resupply the order for you.
